I had planned to post this early this morning, wake up before the kiddo, make some coffee and sit down to post. Unfortunately, plans changed when our little guy came down with a nasty cold last night and he and I were up most of the night together 🙁 I’m not sure he’s ever been this congested before. Breaks my heart to hear his little whimpers. Needless to say, I shut my alarm off at some point in the very early morning hours and slept in as long as he did. I should probably be going to sleep right now because I’m pretty sure tonight will be more of the same. But, tomorrow is Sunday, meal prep day, so let’s do this! 🙂
